Plain-language privacy.

FarmWedding.com collects the information you choose to send through our venue listing, correction, and upgrade forms. We use it to review the request, verify your connection to the venue, contact you about the listing, and administer the directory.

If you join The Farm Wedding Idea, we store your email address, optional first name, signup source, and confirmation time. We share the email details with Resend, our email provider, only after you confirm your address. Resend delivers the newsletter and manages unsubscribes. You can unsubscribe from any issue.

We also record simple first-party traffic counts—page paths and button clicks—to understand which listings and features people use. We do not record names, email addresses, IP addresses, or advertising identifiers in those analytics events, and we do not sell personal information.

Directory listings use information published by venues on their official websites and public location information. Venue owners and authorized representatives can request a correction or removal at any time.

We keep submission and newsletter records only as long as reasonably needed to operate the directory, deliver requested email, and document listing decisions.
